**Subscription**

Different steps?

**Step 1: Deposits**

After completing the onboarding process, you can deposit funds into your WELF account using one of the following methods:

(a) **FIAT via Wire Transfer**: When you choose to deposit funds via wire transfer, your subscription is considered 'made' on the date we receive the wire transfer. This date will be referred to as your Closing Date.

(b) **USDC via Web Interface**: If you choose to deposit funds in USDC, our web interface will guide you to send USDC to a designated address controlled by WELF. Your Closing Date for this transaction will be the day we convert the USDC into USD and initiate the wire transfer to our primary bank account, typically within one Business Day.

(c) **USDT via Direct Transfer**: For USDT deposits, you will transfer the stablecoin directly to an address controlled by WELF. Similarly, your Closing Date for this transaction will be the day we convert the USDT into USD and initiate the wire transfer to our primary bank account, usually within one Business Day.
