# How to verify my POA (Proof-Of-Address)?

### As part of our KYC procedure, you are required to upload a Proof Of Address. The Proof of Address document should not be more than 3 months old, should clearly display your full name, and must be one of the accepted document types. <a href="#h_cd1f16e995" id="h_cd1f16e995"></a>

Upload your Proof-Of-Address, which should not older than 3 months, with your full name stated on it. It must be one of the following document types:

* Bank or credit card statement;
* Non-mobile utility bills e.g., electricity, water, gas.
* Non-mobile (fibre) internet bill;
* Non-mobile (landline) telephone bill;
* Certificate of residence from the local government;
* Building management statements;
* Bank reference letter - stamped and/or signed;
* Tax statement;
* Government issued student grants/loans to a current residential address;
* Letter from tax/government authority.
* Letter from university confirming student attends university and residential address;
* Student rental agreement from university;
* Mortgage statement;
* Home insurance statement;
* Government issued national ID containing residential address (cannot be the same document used for identification verification). ID documents can be older than 3 months

Please be aware that screenshots or partial photographs of the document or the envelope will not be accepted.
