• WELF Tokens operate within decentralized networks like Ethereum, and their functionality and security aren't guaranteed. You're solely responsible for securing your private keys, as losing them means permanent loss of access to your digital assets. Neither Welf nor any other person or entity will be able to retrieve or protect your Digital Assets. If your private key(s) are lost, then you will not be able to transfer your Digital Assets to any other blockchain address or wallet. If this occurs, then you will not be able to realize any value or utility from the Digital Assets that you may hold.

• Regulatory actions may affect the availability of the usage of WELF Tokens, and technological advancements could pose risks to their security.

• The Ethereum blockchain and other networks are still evolving, introducing technological and security risks. Transaction costs and network fees may vary, impacting the value of WELF Tokens and transactions.

• The accuracy of information provided isn't guaranteed, and you should verify it independently. Using WELF Tokens involves financial risk, and transactions are irreversible.

• You must assess the risks independently and accept the consequences of your actions. Compliance with applicable laws may require disclosing information without notice.

• Developmental stages of the WELF Token platform may cause delays or errors in transactions.

• We must comply with Applicable Law, which may require us to, upon request by government agencies, take certain actions or provide information, which may not be in your best interests and which may occur without notice to you.

• Regarding Welf, you must acknowledge that the platform may have flaws, and you're responsible for evaluating any provided code. We don't have an ongoing duty to alert you to all potential risks. While we strive for accuracy, information on the site may not always be complete or current. You should verify all information before making decisions, as they are solely your responsibility.
